New features in Faxem Email

Further to the new features released last month in Faxem Email... there are a few additional changes made live this month.

You now have the ability to:

Download menu items>

Under the Account Tab you can now choose to download files that contain all of your: Databases & Contacts, Files & Images or Messages into a ZIP file which can then be saved offline.

So if your account is getting bigger and cluttered with old databases, files, images or messages now you can have a spring clean and still save everything just in case you ever need it again.

Change your username> 

Under the Accounts Tab in the Account Details you can now change your Username. So if your account name is Janice but Janice left the company ages ago you can change the username.

Over the past few months Faxem has provided important announcements and updates regarding the new Fax Marketing Industry Standard 2011.

In case you missed it view the email online... Important Changes to the Fax Marketing Legislation

For those business who are sending 'marketing faxes' as determined by the legislation, to assist in helping your business in being compliant, Faxem's Fax Broadcast service offers a range of features.

These include:

- The ability to upload your own 'Fax Block' file in excel (CSV) format
- The ability to provide Faxem your 'Fax block' file which we apply permanently to your fax service account
- A FREE Fax header line option, which allows you to insert the 'destination fax number' that the fax is being sent to
- The ability to schedule fax campaigns, to ensure you send within the permitted times
