Important updates to your Email to Fax and Fax to Email services!

Over the past month you may have received multiple updates regarding your send and receive fax services, both from Faxem and its previously provided services, InterFAX.
In case you missed these... we would like to reiterate what this means for our customers and your services.
From July 2011, Faxem will no longer be providing and supporting InterFAX fax services here in Australia. To allow us to offer better value for money and better support to our customers, Faxem will now be providing our 100% Australian owned and operated GoFax solutions to send & receive fax.
 If you had InterFAX Receive services, in order to keep your existing Receive service and number (and to ensure you did not experience any downtime) we have transferred your fax number service to our GoFax Receive Fax service. You will now be receiving all faxes via GoFax. If you haven't already done so, you will need to complete and return your payment authority.
 If you Send faxes via InterFAX- you can continue sending faxes via InterFAX, however Faxem will no longer be servicing and supporting this product. All support and billing will now be directly via InterFAX's international office.
As a valued Faxem customer, we would like the opportunity to continue servicing and supporting your fax requirements here in Australia, to do this, you will need to purchase your next Fax Send credits via GoFax.
With our GoFax Email to Fax service we only charge on a per page basis (not on time) and we have introduced some great low cost fax send packages.
