Faxem International guarantees that fax’s sent in standard resolution via GoFax are as good, if not better quality, than faxes sent via a standard fax machine connected to an analogue line (normal phone connection).
If you find your fax is of lower quality using the GoFax system compared to your fax machine, simply send both copies of the faxed documents to our office and we will refund credits used in that transaction back to your GoFax account.
