- How do I remove duplicates from existing databases stored within my online account? A: If you are concerned there are duplicated within a particular email database, you can use the “Clean Database” function. Under the Faxem DIY Email tab, select CONTACTS> select the MANAGE tab> and CLEAN DATABASE.
- Is there a limit to the included amount of monthly storage for the Files and Images manager? A: Yes. An account is allocated 50Mb of free file storage per month. Each Mb over and above this is charged at 10c per Mb per Month.
- Can internal anchors/navigation menus be inserted into emails so that recipients can click on text at the top of an email and be redirected to the section at the bottom? A: Yes. Internal anchors can be easily inserted, click here to view the online video tutorial.

- Can I add multiple users to our main Email Account? A: Yes, you can create multiple users for your account. This allows for separate login details and the ability to easily disable access on an account, track the user access and history as well as limit areas within the system the user can view. - Q: Can I collect new registrations or subscribers via my emails or online? A: Yes, using the Web Forms functionality you can create custom branded web forms for subscribe pages, email surveys and much more. Simply create a Database in the system where you want to collect the new database and proceed to creating a custom web form. Click here to view the online video tutorial.
